MY FAV BOOK!!!

Today is one of the awesomest days ever I have to say!!
Today I am finally the owner of one of my favourite books of all time. This book is one of the most memorable books I have read, one of the books I have read in the shortest amount of time!!

I have always loved romance novels!! I'm not sure whether it is the romance or just that these novels sweep you away in another world where it is exciting, where people have the courage to grasp the chance of living a extroadinary life even though they come from a normal everyday world!
LOL...or it could always just be the happy ending ^^

The book I brought today is called Born in Fire (the first book of the triology) by Nora Roberts. It is captivating, engrossing, and just plain entertainment. The characters are well thought out and lets just the 'hero' and 'heroine' in this book is just awesome!!
It is a typical romance novel but with a smidgen of magic which makes it an whimsical and enchanting read :D
I know that Nora Roberts is one of the top selling authors and I always look forward to her books :) But its just hard to describe...because out of all her books this is one of the most memorable to me so I would recommend this book to all you romance lovers out there :P

Please give this book a try..cause this is a book that has definately touched me <3

So I am now so HAPPY to say I am the proud owner fo the book Born in Fire by Nora Roberts!! YYYAAAAAAAYYYYY!!!! LOL

So little time!

OMG...the best dramas of the year I think are nearly here! But there is so little time to watch :( I mean between work and dramas of course you would choose dramas BUT (thats a big but) if you want to pass you will have to put in some effort. Here is my list of highly anticipated dramas that sound intriguing along with my thoughts.

Firstly there is a guy who is smart, good looking, and comes from a wealthy background. You must think DREAM GUY however...it might be your dream guy if you put up with his arrogance, jerk syndrome as I would like to call it and total lack of regard for other peoples feelings. BUT what is a drama if not to see a guy like that who transforms from a cold hearted prince to a charming lovable guy who will do anything to protect his girl!  This drama is called Autumns's Concerto staring Vanness Wu (you might know him as one of the F4 members in Meteror garden!)  and Ady An (who i adore!).

Vanness is a law student who is arrogant, and lives a life without laughter, and lacks determination in life. But he then meets Ady who sells bento at his school. They do not hit it off in the start, and to cut things short he makes a bet that he will be able to kiss her within a week! But this is where the angst start! cause he finally shows some humanity and redeems himself! (Won't spoil you on this...Ooo you will melt after seeing this scene in the preview trailer)

This is where the adoring for vanness now starts as he puts his everything into protecting and loving Ady. However, like a typical drama they must separate. Ady leaves Vanness (who requires brain surgery GASP!! or he will die!!!) due to his mothers pursuasion, and 5 yrs later.....vanness has recovered but lost his MEMORIES...while Ady now has her and Vanness child! What will happen when they meet again?

Argh...am so going to watch this! Hopefully it lives up to the anticipation cause I usually get bored half way through and just skim the  dramas! like Roseate love, Knock Knock loving you

Dramas, dramas and more dramas!

Am currently watching Take care of my fair lady or as some people know it as Take Care of Agasshi !

This is Yoon Eun Hye's drama again since coffee prince which was aired in 2007. I must admitt I really anticipated her return back on screen but I am having mixed feeling about her character in this drama!

First off, I must praise her yet again for her awesome crying abiltiy :D Man! when she cries you will always cry along with her.

I have watched the 1st 6 episode so far, the first couple were pretty rough and abit over the top, especially Yoon Eun Hyes character Hena, she was quite dislikable! But, it does get better along the way!

I anticipate the scenes where He-na's true personality comes out especially when she shows her vunerability and emotions. I have heard many critism about her acting in this drama and you just need to be prepared for her to be absolutely different from her roles in Goong and Coffee prince. (which were just so adorable especially goong! <3 since I haven't watched coffee prince. lol...."cough"...yet :p )

I do think that she is still quite stiff as this character and I'm still kind of in shock over her role but she's actually not that bad! Yes there are rough moments but there are also moments where she makes you feel for her, and laugh at her naivete because most of the time she is quite self absorbed but in a naivete way where it seems like she just doesn't have that much worldly experience. Must admitt I cringe everytime I see her hit her co star Dong Chan, who is actually a nice guy who really doesnot deserve to be hit! But I laugh so much because part of her personality is that she doesn't really care what other people thinks so she gives back as much as other people dishes out! ESPECIALLY when they are mean to her! I love that she goes out for revenge!

So I will definately recommend this drama to those who would like a lighthearted, fun drama! It is one that flows nicely, with good pace. The scene that I loved most was in episode 6. I laughed my head off :p

Am anticipating episode 7 :D

drama request :P
